Types of membership

$5 Family Card - Covers an adult and their immediate family living in the same household.

$3 Teen Card - For ages 12 - 18 who want their own card to check out books without a parent.

Requirements

• ceduula/passport

• proof of residence in Tierras Altas - electric, water, phone bill or copy of lease

Visit the library during opening hours to complete an application or click on the link above to download and print a form. The card will be ready in one to two weeks, but you can check out books immediately. A parent or guardian must accompany a teen applying for a card.
