Funds raised will be used to:

• Buy the necessary materials needed to renovate the building and bring it up to modern safety codes (currently there is only one door).

• Buy furniture. Many of the shelves are in good condition needing only a little love and care, but we’ll need chairs, tables and other items

• Update the book collection - Purchase software to catalog the books

DONOR RECOGNITION

FRIENDS: Donations ranging from $50 to $100 or the equivalent value in books, materials, or equipment, or volunteers committing a minimum of two hours per week for one year qualify as Friends.

In acknowledgment, Friends receive an exclusive car window decal.

CONTRIBUTORS: Support ranging from $101 to $1,000 or equivalent value in books, materials, or equipment. Dedicated volunteers committing a minimum of seven hours per week for one year are recognized as Contributors. In addition to the car window decal, Contributors are prominently listed on our website on a rotating annual basis.

DONORS:

-SILVER: Contributions from $1,001 to $5,000 or equivalent goods in kind.

-GOLD: Contributions from $5,001 to $10,000 or equivalent goods in kind.

-PLATINUM: Contributions from $10,001 to $25,000 or equivalent goods in kind.

FOR ALL DONORS: Every donor, irrespective of the level, receives a car window decal, social media recognition (with donor's photo, if permitted), and our heartfelt gratitude.

ADDITIONAL PERKS FOR SILVER-GOLD DONORS: SILVER and GOLD donors also receive a set of exclusive library coffee mugs in addition to the car window decal.

PLATINUM DONORS: In addition to the benefits provided to all donors, Platinum donors receive complimentary entry to our Annual Gala, priority seating, in-person recognition at the Gala, and a brass plaque on display in the library.

BENEFACTOR: Donations exceeding $25,000 or equivalent goods merit benefactor status, entailing all the benefits mentioned above. The brass plaque is replaced with an intricately hand-carved plaque crafted from wood sourced from the original library, prominently displayed at the entrance.
